Meet the Staff:
Jane Boston, President
Jane Boston, Founder and President of Motivations, Inc. has 20 years in health care management and program development and currently handles course scheduling and marketing efforts.
Motivations, Inc. began offering training courses to rehab professionals in February 1999. The company began with the unique concept of bringing providers together in a membership offering quality continuing education. Mrs. Boston uses her skills in strategic planning, fundraising, and rehabilitation to develop this effort.
Her knowledge of rehab professionals and their training needs have been the key for Motivations, Inc. success. Having lead a large medical rehabilitation center, Mrs. Boston served as Executive Director of The Hitchcock Rehabilitation Center, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, for 14 years. Under her leadership, Hitchcock Rehab grew from 12 employees to 250 employees and from a $250,000 annual budget to a more than $7 million budget.
Jane is a past president of the South Carolina Association for Rehabilitation Facilities, where she began this concept of group-purchasing for continuing education. Responsibilities during her career included personnel management, public relations, and financial performance. She is the current Executive Director of the South Carolina Chapter of American Physical Therapy Association. She serves on the National Education Committee for The American Occupational Therapy Association and an official with the Charlotte Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners.
Honors include: The Charlotte Woman Business Owner of the Year 1996 and to be recognized in Entrepreneur Magazine, Feb 2007
Boston's education includes a B.S. in social work from Winthrop University and a Masters in Education from the University of South Carolina.

Brian Boston, Operations
Brian is responsible for the operations and implementation of continuing education courses offered throughout the nation by Motivations,Inc.
Brians background includes operations and inspection performance at the Savannah River Plant in Aiken, SC. His technical skills in electronics, planning and management make implementing the over 100 courses a year at Motivations Inc, run smooth for our host sites.

Nanci Singer, Customer Service
Nanci handles customer services, sale and promotions and member accounts for our clients. She is the friendly voice on the phone to our callers and is always eager to reach beyond the question with suggestions.
Nanci has 20 years in sales and puts her talents to work helping customers find CEU courses that meet each persons unique needs.

Jennifer Bowers, CEU Administrator
Jennifer handles the CEU preparation, applications, registrations and course completion information to assure that our courses meet the licensing board and credential standards defined by our approval sources.
Jennifer is a graduate of Winthrop University, with her pleasant style she is always able to make our customers know she is here to help.

Norma Martinez, Association Manager
Norma handles the Associations that Motivations Inc manages. These include, the SC Chapter of American Physical Therapy Association and the Charlotte Chapter of the Nationals Women Business Owners. With a background in meeting planning and sales, Norma is a perfect fit for her role.
Norma has worked in several settings handling international sales, staff recruitment and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
