The purpose of this NEW 2-hour webinar is to provide the attendee with a variety of home-based exercises for the homebound patient. Additionally, outcome measures such as 6MWT, TUG, 5-times STS, 30-sec STS, BBS, DGI, FES, etc. will be interwoven into treatment session. And lastly, attendees will be presented with four very different case-studies and watch and listen while the instructor develops and delivers individualized ‘task-specific and function-based’ interventions. The course will showcase how the treating therapist can apply "task-specific, function-based" exercise program. Learn home programs that take place in the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom, in the garage and outside on patios and in yards. These exercises apply to patients with orthopedic problems, neurologic problems, cardiovascular problems, and Oncologic problems.
