#7124 Hamstring Injuries: Evidence-Supported Diagnosis and Rehabilitation
This course is designed around current research and best exercises to treat common hamstring injuries.Hamstring injuries occur in various incidents and are prevalent in recreational sports, with its occurrence only 2nd to knee sprains over a 10 year period (Feeley, 2008). Proper diagnosis and management of the condition is critical in a patient’s recovery and in returning athletes back to sports without future reoccurrence. Defining the proper rehabilitation techniques and exercises are keys to successful treatment of this common injury.
