#7124 Hamstring Injuries: Evidence-Supported Diagnosis and Rehabilitation
Hamstring injuries occur in various incidents and are prevalent in recreational sports, with its occurrence only 2nd to knee sprains over a 10 year period (Feeley, 2008). Proper diagnosis and management of the condition is critical in a patient’s recovery and in returning athletes back to sports without future reoccurrence. Defining the proper rehabilitation techniques and exercises are keys to successful treatment of this common injury.
