#7212 Spinal Cord Injury: Rehab for Functional Outcome Potentials

 

Functional potentials are realistic expectationsof activities that a person with spinal cord injury should eventually be ableto achieve with a particular level of injury. The purpose of setting functionalphysical therapy and occupations goals is to offer the greatest opportunity forthe individual to achieve maximum independence. During this presentation wewill review the ASIA classification systemfollowed by a description of functional activities a person with spinal cordinjury can expect to achieve following rehabilitation.
