The purpose of this course is to provide case study references and examples of intervention to support the knowledge learned in part 1 of this series. Case studies will be presented throughout lecture, pictures, and videos for different ages and populations impacted by picky eating and the presenter will discuss assessment and intervention while showing visuals of the actual treatment. Course instruction methods include lecture, demonstration, case studies, question/answers.
