#7352 Improving Mobility in the Pelvis and Thoracic Cage When Exercising the “Core”

Are your patients “stuck” and feel rigid through their rib cage and pelvis? Do they appear stiff in their movements? Have you been exercising the “core” without noticing any functional improvement? In order to access true core stabilization, the thoracic cage and pelvis require mobility so that body segments can demonstrate better alignment and encourage more efficient muscle activity. Then the core will become stronger to support respiratory coordination for functional activities including ADLs sound/speech production and gait. This webinar will focus on school aged children. Participants will learn practical applications that they will be able to bring to their practice.

Course instruction method includes: lecture, demonstration, videos, question/answer session.
