Learn how much resistance training is enough to safely and effectively get results for people over 70. With a focus on training volume, this course covers exercise selection, and how to structure workouts and long-term programs to maximize the benefits of resistance training in older adults while addressing safety as a primary concern. Also includes common recovery methods and aids appropriate for use in people over 70. Course is intermediate level and suitable for all PTs and PTAs and Athletic Trainers.
